With over 25 years of furniture experience, Jonathan provides inspirational leadership to all aspects of the company’s operations with an emphasis on long-term goals, growth, and profitability. He also manages the sales and marketing teams to ensure that every Western project exceeds client expectations.
Jonathan loves to play golf although friends have been quoted as saying, “he loves golf way more than golf loves him.” If you did not already know this, he may be Chelsea Football Club’s biggest fan in Los Angeles. Jonathan loves his family, Western and a nice G&T.

Sandi Betz

With over a decade of experience, Sandi leads Western’s creative Ancillary and Design teams, collaborating with clients in a uniquely Western way. Sandi also focuses on Business Development and Marketing initiatives.
Sandi grew up in Minnesota and is an Eagles fan by force because her husband is from Philly. GO BIRDS! She has two young daughters that keep her busy when she is not slinging corporate furniture. Sandi received her bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture and is also a self-admitted Bravo superfan.

With over two decades of operational management experience, Dennis oversees all interdepartmental interactions required on every Western project to ensure excellent execution and total client satisfaction.
Dennis started working in this industry at 15-years old. He is a serious Los Angeles Dodgers fan, having two Dodger tattoos that he is always willing to show off! It is also rumored that he may have the largest collection of Dodger bobbleheads west of the Mississippi.

Diversity amongst Western’s teammates has been critical to our success. With over 20 years of experience, Dana Rae is a highly-engaged champion of the people, culture and core values at Western. As a thought partner, she leads Western initiatives focused primarily on career growth and development, enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Dana Rae says if she was stranded on an island and could only have one food, it would be ice cream because it covers all the major food groups. Her kids are her best friends, including her two daughters-in-law, but her pride and joy is her grandson. If you can’t find her in California, you can find her in Texas. Yee-haw!
