The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a full-time Project Manager in Seattle to join our team. The successful candidate is a proven project management professional and construction enthusiast, who truly understands prefabricated construction and its unique process. Candidates with a background in architecture & design or commercial construction management highly regarded.

Position Responsibilities
  • Develop Proposal/bid response in concert with Business Developers and Marketing
  • Client/design firm interface
  • Field site assessment to ensure site measurements are accurate
  • Maintain GP % and GP $ on all orders within the range established by President and organization
  • Audit product specifications, drawings and pricing supplied by others for accuracy
  • Obtain drawing sign-off as required
  • Create installation quotes
  • Coordinate installation schedule
  • Oversee installation and punch-list walkthrough with client/architect
  • Maintain product knowledge and knowledge of installation methods
  • Application of ICE design suite software to manage data needed to keep project on track highly regarded
  • Review status reports and proactively communicate with client/designer
  • Assume lead responsibility in all aspects of managing an account once account is secured
  • Understand local code requirements including construction, millwork, power and networks
  • Ensure DIRTT installations match clients specifications and meet Western quality standards
Position Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years Architecture/Design, Project/Construction Management experience
  • Computer software knowledge: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, basic AutoCAD
  • Aptitude with technology and a willingness to learn; the successful candidate will be required to learn ICE, a proprietary DIRTT program
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong numeric ability and numeric reasoning skills
  • High sense of urgency, ability to execute tasks efficiently and calmly in an environment that often requires quick thinking and multi-tasking

  • A team player
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • A degree in building construction, construction management, technical engineering or architecture preferred, but not required
