The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a full-time Marketing and Proposals Creative Coordinator to provide marketing and bids support to our CEO, Presidents, and Business Developers. This role is responsible for the preparation and execution of all marketing materials, including bids and proposals, intro books, lookbooks, closeout books and ROM proposals for our clients across industries.

Position Responsibilities
  • Prepare bid proposal response documents and assemble formal proposals for both print and digital.
  • Design proposal page layouts, covers and section dividers.
  • Compose project descriptions, cover letters, etc.
  • Assess and update template forms i.e. case studies, project profiles resumes, etc.
  • Maintain inventory of collateral marketing materials
  • Update and maintain our physical vendor product library, including all samples, product detail sheets, and catalogs
  • Assist in the maintenance of all Western Office marketing content, including but not limited to project profiles, supplier lists, and staff resumes
  • Assist in the planning and execution for marketing events in our offices, including design work, email marketing, and some event logistics
  • Work with the Marketing Director and Business Developers to assemble digital and hard copy bids for new clients
  • Work with the Marketing Director and Business Developers to create external sales material, including PowerPoint presentations, look books, thought starters, and other sales pieces
  • Protect the use of company graphic brand identity in all external communications
Position Requirements
  • 4-year degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Page layout and creative design expertise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail and composition
  • Organized and accurate
  • Flexible and open to constructive criticism
  • Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of currents e-marketing trend
  • Photography experience a plus
