The Western Enterprise consists of a central “Hub” supporting multiple “Spokes”. The Hub provides consistent, high quality, and in some instances, unique services. The Spokes contain only customer-facing personnel and operate to a consistent, high standard set by the Enterprise. This distributed services structure enables us to deliver services that exceed the capability of a stand-alone entity. Our Directors of People & Culture and Organizational Excellence are but two examples of how this structure brings an extraordinary level of capability to bear for our clients. The concept also contributes to an efficient cost structure providing financial benefits to our clients.
