The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a full-time full cycle Project Manager in both Seattle and Los Angeles to join our teams.  The successful candidate is a proven project management professional who truly understands both the customer, prefabricated construction and the process. Candidates with a background in architecture & design or commercial construction management highly regarded.

Position Responsibilities
  • Develop Proposal/bid response
  • Client/design firm interface
  • Field site assessment (requirements will differ, depending on the market)
  • Maintain GP % and GP $ on all orders within the range established by President and organization
  • Audit product specifications and pricing supplied by others
  • Obtain drawing sign-off as required
  • Coordinate installation schedule with Project Assistant and client
  • Oversee installation and punch-list walkthrough with client/architect
  • Advise Project Assistant of punch-list items
  • Maintain product knowledge and knowledge of installation methods
  • Review status reports and proactively communicate with client/designer
  • Assume lead responsibility in all aspects of managing an account once account is secured
Position Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years Architecture/Design, Project/Construction Management experience
  • Computer software knowledge: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, basic AutoCAD (successful candidate will be required to learn ICE, a proprietary DIRTT program)
  • Internet savvy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented
  •  Strong numeric ability and numeric reasoning skills
  • Self-reliant, self-directed, independent thinker
  • A team player
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines
